Chesterman, a top name in tape measures, this one is marked Chesterman Sheffield, Made in England.
It is a bakelite case and steel tape wrapped inside. It hasn't been opened very often as the tape after 2 inches is a lot cleaner than that at 1 inch.
Measures 5cms across and 3cms deep.
