A lovely old pair of Wiltshaw and Robinson plates, what was to become Carlton Ware. The brown swallow and ribbon mark used up to about 1893.
The pattern is clear and bright on a blush base and called Crysanthemum Rd No. 187325 and has a fluted gilt edge
