Sandwich plate pattern C2376

Lovely rather unusual and naive pattern in green orange and blues on a cream base and a blue rim line. I can't fins a name for this pattern but it does have a number on the back C2376.

Maker's mark to base shows the black printed simple crown Mason's Patent Ironstone China England. In black pinted script are the numbers C2376 and 121. Letter D. Impressed number W7A.
