An unusual apricot colour around the wide rim of this cake plate sets it aside from the rest of the crowd.
Ribbing and a raised fluted double pattern in the centre add to the interest and the handpainted rose bouquet pattern with lots of gilding is very pretty.
The green printed Royal Crown Derby on the base has the crown logo and on one underside edge is a foil label "For presents Arts and Crafts Ltd. Masterton".
