One of my favourite Royal Doulton patterns. The Bluebell Gatherers. This one has the painted pattern number 3812 on the base, this pattern was introduced 1915.
Small plate measures 16.5cms across.
The girl picking bluebells with a basket in her left hand.
Base mark is the brown Royal Doulton England mark with lion and crown. Impressed number 22.
Good condition, there are a couple of rough glaze marks on the rim from original firing.
