The lovely sharp angle handle on this cup shouts deco but I expect this cup is from 1950's given the young profile of Queen Elizabeth II, I am guessing this was to commemorate the Coronation in 1953 as this profile is often used on such wares.
The profile picture is within an acorn and rose coat of arms and the phrase for the Royal Garter "Honi Soit (Qui) Mal y Pense", and "Dieu et Mon Droit" in a scroll at the base.
It stands 7cms tall in a cream china with gilt trim.
Green printed makers mark on the base is Hughes Longport England.
