Sometimes called mushroom posy pots, this is an Elf pattern number 3030 from Bagley Glass England. Mid 1900's.
It is a matt green and reacts to the black light so I believe it is uranium glass although it is matt.
The ripple or wavy effect is on the underside and base.
Measures 17.5cms across
Has a few little wear marks but in general good condition
