I think this is a scone knife however it is smaller than others I have seen at 22cms.
It has a very sharp point and one serated edge, a very pretty engraved silverplate handle.
The handle is rivetted on th side which seems very high engineering for a small knife.
Makers mark for JWS which I think is maybe John Walter Spurrier and EP
