From the 1950's. Seems this is a bit big for a sugar bowl but probably is... it measures 8cms tall and 10cms across the middle.
The lovely raised thin green stripes and a soft cream base. Made by the Sadler Company who sold a range of kitchen items in this style.
Marking to base shows black printed Kleen Kitchen Ware Made in England
