Class 1 for "Metal", C year for "1870", K month for "November" Day 25, "25th" and "7" bundles made. I can't track the manufacturer.
A tapered handle makes the item 18cms long
A lovely fun item.
Good condition with a slight bend to the handle , maybe very hard Victorian or later toffee!
