I am pretty sure this is the original balloon atomiser on this striking pink perfume bottle.
Art deco shape and the tassel on the atomiser is a cool apricot pink.
I have never filled this bottle so can't vouch for how it sprays but it is in clean and tidy condition so I think it should be fine.
It has the makers label to the base Made in Austria / Fabrique en Austriche.
