A red circle Bloor Derby mark to the base identifies this for the period 1811 - 1849.
I wonder if it was a blank and decorated outside of the factory as the painting is quite naive and simple hand painted blue flowers with a gold edge.
Even though not the complexity or elegance we know from Derby it is quite interesting and very sweet
Some wear to gilt trim around the centre, colours of flowers are good though
