As does the fact is is navy vinyl
It is stamped Elbief England on the frame
Stands solid on the floor with a 29cms x 9cms base and four feet studs
Measures 22cms x 30cms
Gold tone O shaped clasp solid and secure
The inner is a blue satin with gold trim, zipper pocket and 3 slide pockets
