Looks like snake but it is blue! This vintage handbag has no labels to confirm so I'll call it just "textured".
A little stand up oblong clasp and handle sits 15cms above the top
Inner is a pale blue cotton and has zipper pocket and a mirror pocket, some fading to cotton near the rim
Measures 27cms x 17cms
