A very pretty cut glass biscuit barrel, and I have seen these used as ice buckets!
A plain silver plate rim and a pattern to the handle and finial. Has a nice star cut to the base.
I can't find a makers mark but the handle hinge is well made and enclosed.
Stands 15cms to the rim and the lid is 9cms across
