A lovely plate perfect for pretty tea parties or serving cakes and delights
I think the pattern is probably transfer decorated and then highlighted with hand painting which gives it some texture
The rim is blue with a pretty embossed pattern
Light crazing all over but consistent with age
Measures 22.5cms across
